The pioneer film-maker's passion and zeal towards making a film make him the most prolific and sincere filmmaker in Indian cinema. The filmmaker puts his efforts into making his forthcoming film, The Vaccine War, which is also different from what he has done before. Ahead of the film's release, Vivek Agnihotri has released an exclusive making-of video of the bioscientist film. Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri has shared a behind-the-scenes making video from The Vaccine War and touted the film as the most challenging film of his career on the technical aspect. He has also said that with The Vaccine War, he has gone a level beyond and got on board the most challenging actors, Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, Pallavi Joshi, Raima Sen, Girja Oak, Nivedita Bhattacharya, Yagya Turlapath and Mohan Kapur.

The filmmaker roped in updated technical tools for the film and has the most sound technical equipment for the film to make it meet the standards. Sharing the making video on his social media, Vivek Ranjan Agihotri captioned,

'The Vaccine War' will feature Anupam Kher, Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, and Pallavi Joshi as lead characters. Produced by Pallavi Joshi and I Am Buddha, the film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on 28 September 2023.
