‘Pathaan’ starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in the lead helmed by Siddharth Anand was made on a budget of Rs 250 crore and it was a bang at the start of the 2023 year by becoming the highest-grosser Indian film breaking global famous movie ‘Baahubali’ records. 

Now, Shah Rukh Khan is all set for his next extravaganza film ‘Jawan’ under Tamil power-packed Atlee’s direction, who has given back-to-back hits and netizens are waiting on their toes for its release. While the trade is already expecting the film to bring havoc at the box office, reportedly it is said to be the most expensive movie of the actor.

Jawan has been made on a budget of Rs 300 crore, according to the reports of an entertainment portal. While the director is a big believer in the theatrical medium and also, King Khan has shelled money out to give his audience the best experience on the big screen.

And the reports further state that at the time of Pathaan SRK knew it would become bigger and hence, he wanted to make Atlee’s directorial more bigger and better than Siddharth Anand’s directorial. Adding on, the team find for bigger sets to shoot for Jawan rather not as per Pathaan’s greenscreen format.

‘Jawan’ stars a terrifying ensemble cast that includes Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra and more. While Bollywood Queen Deepika Padukone and Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay are making a cameo appearance. The film will release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi on 7 September 2023.
