My Name Is Khan was one of the most memorable movie made which was well directed, well scripted with powerful performances given by Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Let us see how it fared at the box office.
My Name Is Khan was directed by Karan Johar and jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment and was distributed by FOX Star Entertainment. Karan Johar previously collaborated with Shah Rukh Khan in blockbusters like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. My Name Is Khan tells the story of a person suffering from Asperger’s syndrome. However, he has special gift to repair anything on earth.
Written by Shibani Bathija who was also wrote the screenplay and dialogues, My Name Is Khan had music composed by the Shankar-Eshaan-Loy trio which was tuneful. Coming to the performance, I couldn’t have imagined anyone but Shah Rukh Khan playing the role of a person suffering from Asperger’s syndrome with aplomb. Kajol was equally effective.
