Amidst Shah Rukh Khan gearing up for his highly-anticipated Atlee’s directorial film ‘Jawan’, recently makers organized a massive event to launch the film’s trailer lighting up on the world’s largest building Burj Khalifa, Dubai.
The connection between King Khan And Dubai City is widely known, who often visit the place on several occasions holidaying, celebrating special events, and promotional activities, while Burj Khalifa also lights up with his face on the occasion birthday every year and more. He shares friendly relations with the local government too, and he has also been a brand ambassador of the city in the recent past.
Yesterday SRK graced the city with the spectacular trailer launch of ‘Jawan’, while let us have a look into the lavish property which is located on the K Frond of the Palm Jumeira, the largest man-made island in the world!
Interestingly it is named ‘Jannat’ means Heaven, while his globally popular Mumbai mansion is named ‘Mannat’. Also, just like the luxurious Mumbai home, the Dubai villa also has a beach-facing view and it is said to be spread across a 14,000 sq. ft. with six bedrooms, two remote-controlled garages, a private pool, and a beach view.
Designed by none other than Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, a renowned interior designer Gauri Khan. Revealing the details of the property, she once told Gulf News, “We all love Dubai and visit often, so it makes sense to have a home here. I love the exclusivity of the villas, the beautiful view of the Dubai skyline, and the facilities — from the beaches to its clubs and resorts. It’s a unique place to buy a home,” she said in the interview.
Further taking us into more deets, Gauri said, “The room details such as flooring and wall covers were pre-designed in the villa. We’ve personalised it for the children based on interest. So Aryan’s room has a massive TV, and that is the focus of attention because he loves his video games and spends most of his time there. AbRam is little and spends most of his day on the beach, while Suhana loves being by the pool.”

In the year 2007, ‘Jannat’ was presented by property giant Nakheel King Khan which is reportedly worth crores and in the promotional video for this mansion, the Pathaan actor expressed his gratitude to Nakheel and was seen frolicking along the private beach with his children, Aryan Khan and Suhana Khan.

Reportedly, the megastar also owns several properties across several major international cities like New York, London, Los Angeles and one also in Maharashtra’s Alibaug.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan’ is all set to roar at the theatres from 7 September 2023. He also has ‘Dunki’ helmed by Rajkumar Hirani.
