You can take a local train on the harbour line from Wadala or CST and get down at Panvel station and then take a sharing or a private rickshaw to reach there.

Sondai Fort Trek

Sondai Fort is one of the beautiful treks, take a train from the Central line of Karjat or Khopoli, get down at the Karjat station and Sondai is located nine kilometres away from the station. It’ll take almost 2 hours from Mumbai.

Prabalmachi Trek

A very popular trek place near Navi Mumbai, by taking the harbour line train from CST or Wadala get down at the Panvel station. Hire a private vehicle to reach the location. Prabalmachi is located near Shedung Phata which is the base village for two famous treks Kalavantin Durg and Prabalgad.

Korigad Fort Trek

Korigad is not only near Mumbai but also from Pune city, from any city there’s a direct train for Lonavala and from there you can take the local bus or book a private cab or taxi to reach the Peth Shahpur village that is the summit of the trek.
