Not only for one day, but daily meditation will help you to gain dedication, patience, focus, and calmness.

Writing works like magic! Trust me when I say this, This actually happens. Make your journals. Write down your feelings about the day, what was the main negative thought, which is actually pinching you again and again, but don't forget to write this down as well as maintain your feelings in this sequence.

Start your writing with some motivating words, mantra or even a positive words then write down the things which are going on what you did that day 

And then in midterm, you can write down what are the things that are actually making you sad or you are worried about. Write everything, every problem, and everything in that journal. Then, in the end, just write down that you will get over this, remind yourself that time fills up and this shall just end with motivation and positive aspects.
