‘I’ve been in that world my whole life’: Jennie reflects on ‘The Idol’

Jennie played Dyanne, a backup dancer and close friend of Jocelyn, played by Lily-Rose Depp.Having the idea of this evil person coming in and trying to manipulate, I’ve been in that world my whole life.”, she said relating to her character and the plot. Recalling the Chanel outfit she wore at the Idol's Cannes Premiere, she said, "This was definitely my princess moment that I have been dreaming of.”

The Idol aired on HBO and Max on 4 June 2023 and won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Choreography. According to reports During her US trip, Jeenie was spotted in Hollywood with her friend BamBam, Thai origin Rapper from the band GOT7 at a restaurant named Sushi Park located in a strip mall. Notably, her BLACKPINK bandmate Rose was also seen at Sushi Park in the past.
