Over-exercising can majorly jeopardize heart health, often in ways that may not be immediately apparent. When people engage in prolonged, intense workouts without adequate rest, it results in overtraining syndrome.

This problem is characterized by hormonal imbalances, increased levels of stress hormones like cortisol, & inflammation, which can adversely affect heart function.

Furthermore, excessive exercise can lead to structural changes in the heart, including arrhythmias—a disruption in the normal rhythm of the heart—potentially increasing the risk of cardiac disease. The phenomenon known as "athlete's heart," while often benign, can also mask underlying issues in those who push their bodily limits.

Moreover, over-exercising can contribute to fatigue, weakened immune response, and increased likelihood of injuries, further straining our cardiovascular system. It’s critical for individuals, especially athletes, to listen to their bodies, prioritize recovery,& find a balanced approach to fitness to protect their heart health at any cost. Moderation is key in achieving maximum benefits while minimizing risks.
