'Recognises the Neighborhood': Mushtaq Khan files a FIR on Kidnapping

The kidnapping of Bollywood actor Mushtaq Khan hints towards a kidnapping pattern that has plagued the Film Industry, which all connects to Meerut. It comes days after comedian and actor Sunil Pal was kidnapped in Meerut too.

Stree 2 actor Mushtaq Khan opened up about being invited to an event in Meerut, where he was allegedly kidnapped and tortured for 12 days. However, the kidnappers reportedly gave an advance payment to the actor to attend the event and even provided him with flight tickets. Upon reaching, he was abducted by the kidnappers and asked for a ransom.

Shivam Yadav, his business partner, revealed that the actor was tortured for 12 hours and demanded one crore in ransom. He said, “Mushtaq sir and his family were completely shaken over what happened to him. However, he was always sure to file an FIR after he composed himself. Yesterday, I went to Bijnor and filed an official FIR.” They have proof of the flight ticket, bank accounts, and even CCTV footage near the airport. 

The actor recognises the neighbourhood and the house where he was kept, which could help the police to locate the culprits. However, this isn't the only case of this nature. Actors Sunil Pal and Rajesh Puri come forward with similar stories linking to Meerut.
