Kajol Sells Her Powai Apartment for RS. 3.1 Crore: Details Inside

Recently, Bollywood actress Kajol sold a luxurious apartment for Rs. 3.1 Crore in the Mumabi’s upscale Powai area, according to the reports.

The property located in the lavish Hiranandani Gardens in Powai covers the carpet area of 762 sq ft. The property deal was registered on March 20 according to the documents. The buyers of this apartment are Vrushali Rajnish Rane and Rajnish Vishvnath Rane.

The apartment is located on the 21st floor of the Atlantis Co- Operative Housing Society Limited, in the Hiranandani Gardens and comes with two stack car parking spaces. Based on RERA carpet area, the property's rate comes to about Rs. 40,682 per sq ft.

Kajol paid Rs. 28.78 crore earlier this month for a business facility in Goregaon West, covering 4365 sq ft. She had purchased the bottom floor retail space from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd on Linking Road in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai.

On the work front, Kajol recently announced her next film ‘Maa’, making her debut in the horror genre, which has left the fans extremely excited. The film will release in theatres on June 27.
