Priyanka Chopra Sells Apartments in Mumbai for Rs. 16.17 crores: Know More

 Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra has recently sold 4 apartment units, including a jodi unit owned by her in Andheri west in Mumbai for worth Rs.16.17 crores.

This property is located at the Oberoi Sky Gardens is located in Andheri West, Mumbai. These flats are located on the 18^th and 19^th floor of the building. The first three flats located on the 18th floor with the first flat of 1075 sq ft sold for Rs 3.45 crore, while the second one with 885 sq ft sold for Rs 2.85 crore. The third flat with 1100 sq ft of area was sold for Rs 3.52 crore. The fourth flat, located on the 19th floor, which is a jodi unit, has been sold for Rs 6.35 crore with an area 1985 sq ft. The stamp duty on all four properties comes to a total of Rs 83 lakhs. The documents for the properties were signed on March 3.

In 2021, Priyanka Chopra sold two Versova residences. She sold two penthouses in Lokhandwala in 2023, according to reports. She also has various real estate properties in Los Angeles, New York, and Goa.

Priyanka Chopra moved to Los Angeles after her marriage with American singer Nick Jonas in 2018 and currently resides there with him and their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. She is currently working on her upcoming projects like ‘Citadel Season 2’, ‘The Bluff’ and ‘Head of State’.
