Kajol Purchases Commercial Space Worth Rs. 29 Crores in Goregaon: Know More

Bollywood actress Kajol has made headlines with her latest real estate move, purchasing a commercial property in Mumbai’s Goregaon West for ₹28.78 crore. The prime location, known for its rapid development, adds to the actress’s growing portfolio of savvy investments.  

The commercial space spread across an area of 4365 sq ft and is located on the ground floor in Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai from Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd. For the transaction that was recorded on March 6, 2025, she has paid ₹1.72 crore in stamp duty. The property's rate per square foot comes to ₹65,940.  According to the paperwork, there are five parking spaces on the retail site.

A source close to Kajol revealed, “She’s always been strategic about her investments. This property is a testament to her vision for long-term value.”  

Kajol is known for her iconic roles in films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. She was last seen in Netflix's 'Do Patti', starring alonside Kriti Sanon and Shaheeh Sheikh. She has recently announced her upcoming horror film 'Maa', release date is yet to be announced.
