Akshay Kumar Sells an Apartment for Rs. 4. 35 crore: Details Inside

Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar has recently sold his apartment located in Borivali East for Rs 4.35 crore. The transaction was recorded in March 2025, according to the Inspector General of Registration's (IGR) website with a stamp duty of Rs 26.1 lakh.

The property is located Sky City is developed by Oberoi Realty. According to IGR documents, Akshay Kumar purchased the apartment in November 2017 for Rs 2.37 crore. As per the documents, the actor’s apartment has a carpet area of 1,073 sqft and includes two car parking spaces.

There has been strong real estate activity in Oberoi Sky City with 208 sale registrations totaling Rs 818 crore between March 2024 and February 2025. Even Bollywood actors, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have acquired multiple properties in the Oberoi Sky City.

This is not Akshay Kumar’s first property sale, in January 2025, he sold a apartment unit for Rs. 4.25 crores, that he had purchased in 2017.

Recently, Akshay Kumar took to Instagram to share the news about the re-release of his beloved film ‘Namastey London’ in theatres. He was last seen on screen in ‘Sky Force’, starring alongside Sara Ali Khan and Veer Pahariya.
