E-Auction For Sunny Deol's Juhu Bungalow Gets Withdrawn, DEETS INSIDE

The time when the actor Sunny Deol is enjoying massive success with ‘Gadar 2’ an unfortunate notice came in on Sunday from the Bank of Baroda that the auction of the Juhu property known as Sunny Villa would commence at ₹ 51.43 crore that he hasn’t recovered Rs 55.99 crore loan since December 2022. The minimum bid amount was set at ₹ 5.14 crore.

Through which the bank declared an e-auction for BJP MP Sunny Deol’s Juhu, Mumbai’s bungalow to recover the amount and now, within 24 hours of the announcement the BOB has said in a statement of withdrawing the whole thing.

The statement read, “Corrigendum to e-auction notice with regards to sale auction notice in respect of Mr Ajay Singh Deol alias Mr Sunny Deol stands withdrawn due to technical reasons.”

Reacting to the withdrawal notice, Congress asks who triggered the “technical reason” for the withdrawal. Leader Jairam Ramesh wrote on X, “Yesterday afternoon the nation got to know that Bank of Baroda had put up the Juhu residence of BJP MP Sunny Deol for e-auction since he has not paid up ₹ 56 crore owed to the Bank. This morning, in less than 24 hours, the nation has got to know that the Bank of Baroda has withdrawn the auction notice due to ‘technical reasons’. Wonder who triggered these ‘technical reasons’.”

Meanwhile, Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starring ‘Gadar 2’ is doing great on the silver screen and appreciation pouring in. 

To add on, the actor’s step-mom, actress Hema Malini also has all praises for him saying, “Bohot hi achha laga. Jo expected tha waise hi tha. Bohot hi interesting hai. Aisa lag raha tha ki 70s aur 80s ka uss zamane ke film ke zaisa ek daur hai. Anil Sharma Ji ne bohot beautiful direction kiya hai aur Sunny (Deol) is superb. Utkarsh ne bhi bohot sundar acting kiya hai. It’s a nice message for India and Pakistan,” she said.
