DEETS INSIDE: Jawan Sold At Whopping Price In Kerala & Tamil Nadu

After Shah Rukh Khan's ‘Pathaan’ directed by Siddharth Anand became a massive hit by being the highest-grossing film in India earlier this year and now everyone’s eye is on the actor’s next extravaganza movie ‘Jawan’ helmed by Tamil blockbuster director Atlee.

‘Jawan’ is a trilingual film released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi marks the Bollywood debut of Atlee that is said to be King Khan’s most expensive film as per an entertainment portal made at a whopping Rs 300 crore.

Now, Kerala industry trader AB George has revealed that the theatrical rights of ‘Jawan’ has been sold at a massive record-breaking price in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. And guess what? It is said to be the biggest-ever deal for any other Bollywood release in these South Indian states and this is none other than our SRK’s film making it bigger and bigger after his comeback on the silver screen.

The theatrical rights have been distributed at a whopping Rs 50 crore, according to the tracker and in Kerala, the movie release will be carried out with the help of Big Dream Films and Red Giant Movies will handle in Tamil Nadu.

No doubt, it’s more huge than ever even after ‘Pathaan’ being an enormous success as per trade experts ‘Jawan’ is now pinning to be the next 1000 crore club entrant from Bollywood.

Shah Rukh Khan will be seen alongside Nayanthara, including Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and several others in pivotal roles. While Bollywood Queen Deepika Padukone and Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay are making a cameo appearance. All are set to hit the theatres on 7 September 2023.
