Unfortunately, the film has opened on a low note which is shocking considering the star power of Aamir Khan. The film picked up towards the evening and night shows slightly, bringing the first day figure to Rs 11.70 crore where as the trade expectation was more than 15 crore. The comedy drama dropped on the second day with Rs 7.26 crore followed by some growth on Saturday with Rs 9 crore and Rs 10 crore on Sunday. The Independence Day holiday should have made the collection trigger an escalation but surprisingly the film fell down to Rs 7.80-8 crore, bringing the 5 days total to around Rs 46 crore from 3533 screens across the country while the budget is Rs 180 crore.
