he biopic drama was supposed to release last year but due to pandemic situation got postponed to this year. As the COVID-19 cases are coming down, the makers have decided to chose 25th February 2022 as the final release date in theaters.
While the advance booking of the biopic drama opened yesterday, the collections is not that great. The Maharasthra and Gujarat region, especially Mumbai should work well for Gangubai Kathiawadi as it has centered around this place plus the power of Ajay Devgn along with Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali should bring some traction to the collection.
There are some huge competition down south with Ajith’s film, Valimai, opening today and releasing in 1000 screens in Tamil Nadu and with solid buzz should score a massive Rs 30 crore opening. The action flick is also releasing in Hindi and with films like Pushpa giving an edge to 83, it needs to be seen if Valimai can give some competition to Gangubai Kathiawadi.
Last year, Pawan Kalyan scored super-hit with Vakeel Saab and he is back with yet another masala potboiler in form of Bheemla Nayak which again will release in Telugu and Hindi language.
Pawan Kalyan has a huge fan following and with Bheemla Nayak, the superstar looks to score another solid opening for his career as it has taken a solid advance booking in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
