In Delhi, The Prices of commercial 19 kg LPG gas decreased by ₹7, while the Rates of Domestic LPG gas remained the same from 1 February.
Oil Marketing companies have reduced the cost of 19 Kg commercial LPG gas by ₹7. These cylinders are mostly used in Hotels and Food businesses. The retail sale price of the cylinder is now Rs 1,797. This decision is expected to give some relief to Businesses that completely rely on LPG gas. According to the Indian Oil website, from February 1, the price of a 19 kg commercial gas cylinder in the national capital has been reduced to Rs 1,797, down from Rs 1,804.
These rates are changed as a part of the monthly rate revision exercise based on changes in global crude oil rates and other factors. The prices of domestic LPG cylinders, which are used for household cooking, remain unchanged in this revision. LPG Prices vary from state to state depending upon the Tax and transport cost.
This price revision will positively impact restaurants, hotels, and other commercial establishments that utilise these cylinders for daily operations. Despite the increase in commercial LPG prices, there has been no change in domestic LPG cylinder rates, offering some relief to households.
