Ajay Devgn leases out his property to Kabir Khan

Actor Ajay Devgn has recently leased out his commercial office space in Andheri, Mumbai, to director Kabir Khan, as per transactions reviewed by Square Yards. Kabir Khan Entertainment will pay a monthly rent of Rs 7 lakh for the property, with the lease and license agreement formalized this September. The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh. The Drishyam star's office is located in Signature Tower, a project developed by Lotus Developers along Veera Desai Road in Oshiwara. According to Square Yards, the leased office spans 3,455 square feet and includes three parking spaces. The agreement is secured with a Rs 30 lakh deposit and has a lease term of 60 months (5 years from the date of agreement).

Ajay Devgn, along with his wife, actor Kajol, owns multiple properties in Signature Tower. According to Business Today, in April 2023, the Singham star purchased five units in Andheri West for Rs 45.09 crore. This deal came two years after he bought a 474.4 sq mt home in Juhu for Rs 47.5 crore. Other actors who have acquired commercial spaces in Signature Tower include megastar Amitabh Bachchan, as well as Love Aaj Kal 2 co-stars Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan.

On the work front, Ajay Devgn will soon appear in Rohit Shetty’s action film Singham Again. The film, also starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Arjun Kapoor, is set to release on November 1. Additionally, Ajay will be seen in the sequels to his films De De Pyaar De (2019) and Raid (2018). Meanwhile, Kabir Khan's most recent project was Chandu Champion, starring Kartik Aaryan.
