And honour one such superstar is none other than Rajinikanth, as he’s back after two years with the new movie ‘Jailer’ released on 10 August, Thursday and it opened to a huge collection by becoming the highest opening for a Tamil film in 2023.

The actor’s craze is known and celebrated in such a massive way that even big companies couldn’t avoid making it huge by understanding their employees taking a break from work to have their best time with a day off.

‘Redbooks Abroad’, a company in Kerala has gifted free tickets for the first show to its staff and in a memo seen by CNN they stated, “day to relax, rejoice, and immerse yourselves in the magic of the silver screen. We hope that this day off and movie experience will bring joy, relaxation, and renewed energy to you all. Let us cherish this moment and create memories together.”

And it is said that Tamil Nadu-based company ‘Le Hive’ has given their employees half a day off to “to avoid sudden sick leaves.”
