KGF fame Prashanth Neel's directorial ‘Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire’ starring Prabhas was set to hit theatres this month on 28 September 2023 but unfortunately reports have come in that it is being postponed for later this year or next year’s first month and if it would be out on the given date then it might also face a clash with Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Vaccine War’.
While Prabhas' last movie Om Raut’s ‘Adhipurush’ didn’t go well among the audience. However, the makers of Salaar are rigorously working to provide the best cinematic experience to the viewers.

As per the source of a leading entertainment portal, it stated, “Salaar holds a prominent position among the big films emerging from India, and the creators are determined to meet the high expectations of fans and moviegoers. Unfortunately, the film is not yet ready and requires additional time for post-production.”
The reports came amidst King Shah Rukh Khan’s highly-anticipated Atlee’s directorial ‘Jawan’ that is set to release on 7 September 2023 and assumed to be more massive than ever. If it happens to be true, then Salaar makers might have postponed due to the same.
The trailer was set to be released last month in August but it never came out and it is still not confirmed if Prabhas starrer will be released in December 2023 or January 2024. If it is released in the last month then the film would clash with major flicks like Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal’, Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Sam Bahadur’ and there is also SRK’s ‘Dunki’ set for 25th December release.
The Rebel Star Prabhas ‘Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire’ also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu and others in pivotal roles. A gang leader tries to keep a promise made to his dying friend and takes on the other criminal gangs, set to have a pan-Indian release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.
