Shakti Kapoor Offloads Juhu Apartment in Mumbai for Rupees 6.11 Crore

The JUHU apartment was purchased by Bengaluru-based Satish Venkatesh & Archana Taneja, according to the documents.

The transaction for the apartment was basically registered previously on December 26, 2024, with a stamp duty of ₹36.66 lakh paid, in addition to registration fees of ₹30,000. In the recent news, Shakti Kapoor & his daughter Shraddha Kapoor made headlines for acquiring a luxury apartment in Mumbai for ₹6.24 crore. 

Documents accessed by Zapkey have revealed that the property was registered on January 13, 2025, and is situated in Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in Mumbai. The property documents indicate that the apartment has a total carpet area of 1042.73 sq ft, which includes 2 big balconies.

The neighborhood is known for its beach, upscale dining options, and proximity to business districts like Andheri & Bandra. It is also properly connected to the Western Express Highway & the Mumbai Metro network, according to SquareYards.
