Raj Kundra Businessman and Husband of Actor Shilpa Shetty was put into custody under the allegations of producing and creating pornographic content on Monday and is still in custody as his Bail Request was denied by the Court.
Actor Shilpa Shetty was questioned by the Mumbai Police and she stated that the content was not 'porn' but 'erotica' and Actor Gehana Vasisth also defended Shilpa's statement.
After searching Shilpa Shetty's and Raj Kundra's Juhu Residence ln Friday evening for 6 hours, Crime Branch Officials that were working on the case against the Businessman left the place with the Actress's recorded statement. A police official and informed that in her questioning, Shilpa denied being involved in the production of the pornographic content. The Crime branch also seized all the electronic gadgets.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra's new Movie Hungama 2 also released and amidst all the rumours, the Porn Case she was keeping calm and and asking the audience to watch it saying, "Hungama 2 involves the relentless efforts of an entire team that’s worked very hard to make a good film, and the film shouldn’t suffer … ever!” Shetty on her instagram post.
