Officials have shared that while 51 countries were invited to join the 'Tarang Shakti' exercise, nearly 30 are expected to participate. Air forces from the US, the UK, Germany, France, Australia, and other nations will be involved, but Russia and Israel, both key defense partners of India, will not take part.

Air Marshal AP Singh, Vice Chief of the Air Staff (VCAS), mentioned that the exercise will highlight India’s defense capabilities and support its goal of becoming self-reliant in defense. He confirmed that 10 countries will bring their own assets, 18 will observe, and one more country might join, making it a 30-country event including India.
