Aside from acting, Margot will also produce the film through LuckyChap, making this production house's third collaboration with Fennell after Promising Young Woman and Saltburn. Additionally, MRC will also produce the film. The film is still in the pre-production phase and will begin the shooting in 2025. Fennell is expected to write, direct, and produce the movie.

Fennell announced her plans to adapt "Wuthering Heights" as her third feature in July, posting a surprise announcement on social media with a post that reads: “Be with me always – Take any form – Drive me mad,” a line from the novel.

Margot Robbie was previously seen in popular films like Suicide Squad and Barbie, which was a big success with a collection of $1.4 billion. On the other hand, Jacob is known for his role of Elvis in ‘Priscilla’ and Nate Jacobs in the popular series ‘Euphoria’.
