Bollywood director Vidhu Vinod Chopra's latest film, 12th Fail, has achieved a remarkable feat by entering the global IMDb Top 50 list, making it the only Hindi film to do so. With an impressive IMDb rating of 9.2 out of 10, the movie has garnered widespread acclaim, both nationally and internationally, and has also completed a successful 100-day theatrical run. Adding yet another glory to its name, the film has dragged up the ladder of the 250 best films list and is now positioned at 50th number.

Chopra expressed his overwhelming joy on social media, sharing his disbelief at seeing his film ranked alongside revered classics like "Cinema Paradiso." In a heartfelt post, he wrote, "VVC has spent his life talking to everyone about how much he worships Cinema Paradiso and 12th Fail has now secured the #50 spot in the top 250 films of all time, a rank below the film he worships.
