The day is here, a day which every other moviegoer was waiting for, Shah Rukh Khan’s JAWAN! The man who is not only himself the greatest star in the world but also follows a greater fan following than anyone on this globe, we must say the massive DIE HARD FANS!
As Atlee’s directorial finally hit the screens on September 7, SRKians started celebrating since midnight itself in different ways. From lifting up huge cut-outs of SRK, a ‘dahi handi’ salute, waiting since midnight for early morning’s first-day first-show, flashmobs, madly dancing outside and inside the auditoriums, screaming their lungs out, arriving at theatres in different costumes of movie and much more.
From North to South, East to West every theatre of India is roaring with the resound of Jawan, and just Jawan! Opening at a huge level just imagine the film setting new records than what ‘Pathaan’ did earlier this year.
SRK 'Thank and every Fan Club'
Looking at these different crazy levels of celebrations, King Khan himself has now taken to social media to appreciate each fan club and it is so sweet of him. A man who never misses on his followers!
Shah Rukh Khan wrote, “Wow have to take time out and thank each and every Fan Club and all of you who have gone so happily in the theatres and even outside."
And further added how overwhelmed he is, “So overwhelmed will surely do the needful as soon as I get my breath back in a day or so. Uff!! Love u for loving #Jawan"
Truly, it feels so good to see the whole of India grooving over cinema again just like the good old days when people used to stand in long queues, day and night to buy tickets for any flick and the way they used to share mad love over screens of entertainment. Currently, witnessing the same brings back the beautiful nostalgia and all because of none other than King Khan. This South (director Atlee) and Bollywood (SRK) combo is simply fantabulous, and breaking all the boundaries.
‘Jawan’ stars a terrifying ensemble cast that includes Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, Yogi Babu and more. Also, Bollywood queen Deepika Padukone has a cameo appearance in the movie.
Released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, under Red Chillies Entertainment presentation directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma.
