Jaideep Ahlawat Buys Mercedes-Benz GLS SUV Worth Rs. 1.32 Crores

Bollywood actor Jaideep Ahlawat known for his roles in films like Maharaj, Gangs of Wasseypur and Raazi recently bought Mercedes-Benz GLS SUV. The video of the actor taking the delivery of the car was posted on social media. The price of this SUV is somewhere around Rs 1.32 crores.

Mercedes-Benz GLS SUV is one of the more preferred vehicles among Indian celebrities due to its feature-loaded cabin. It also features a new MBUX infotainment system and a redesigned instrument console. The brand also provides a Burmester 590-watt sound system with 13 speakers, wireless charging, and other features.

The premium SUV has an impressive look, with a high bonnet that complements the luxurious interior. All of this is enhanced by the presence of a horizontally slatted radiator grille coated in silver. The grille features LED headlamps on both sides, while the front bumper features air inlet grilles and gloss black surrounds. According to the video shared on social media, the actor seems to have picked the Obsidian Black colour for his car. Aside from black, the SUV also comes in Cavansite Blue, Selenite Grey, Polar White, Mojave Silver, and Sodalite Blue.

Under its tall hood is a strong 3.0-litre 6-cylinder turbo diesel engine that generates 362 horsepower and 750 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission that delivers power to all four axles using Mercedes' 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system. This allows for a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of under 6.1 seconds. As the premium SUV in the Mercedes-Benz lineup, the length exceeds 5.2 meters, while the wheelbase measures an outstanding 2.78 meters. In India, ex-showroom costs between Rs 1.32 crore and Rs 1.37 crore. This increases the on-road prices to well than Rs 1.50 crore.

Jaideep Ahlawat was last seen in the film ‘Maharaj’, starring alongside Junaid Khan and Sharvari Wagh. He will next appear in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Ekkis’, set to release next year.
