According to the Boxofficeindia.com, Hum Aapke Hain Koun was released on 5th August, 1994 at 35 screens and opened well on its first day at the ticket window collecting Rs 9,50,000. The collections of the family drama was outstanding Rs 29,00,000 in its first weekend and went onto collect an amazing Rs 68,00,000 in its first week.  Hum Aapke Hai Koun ended its theatrical run with a superb Rs 72,46,50,00 against a budget of Rs 6,25,00,000 and was declared “All Time Blockbuster” at the box office.
