Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 has completed 14 days at the box office. The action drama opened to an excellent response and the collections just got better as the word of mouth review is solid as per Book My Show towards evening and night shows which helped KGF Chapter 2 collect Rs 53.95 crore from 4400 screen in the Hindi version. Due to the Good Friday holiday, KGF Chapter 2 leads the top opening weekend of all time.

The action drama held well on the weekdays, bringing the first extended week total to Rs 268.63 crore. On 2nd Friday, it faced Jersey starring Shahid Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, and Pankaj Kapur but remained unaffected at the box office as the action drama collected in the range of 11.56 crore on the second Friday. However, it bounce back on 2nd Saturday with Rs 18.25 crore followed by another solid Rs 22.68 crore on 2nd Sunday. It held well on 2nd Monday with Rs 8.28 crore followed by a stellar hold on 2nd Tuesday with Rs 7.48 crore. It continued to show strong hold on Wednesday with Rs 6.25 crore. As per early trade estimates, the action drama dropped slightly on 2nd Thursday with Rs 5-6 crore, bringing the 15 days total to around Rs 348-349 crore. With this collection, KGF 2 is now the 3rd highest grossing film of all time beating Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju (Rs 343.53 crore)

In the worldwide collection, it added around Rs 18-20 crore, bringing the overall total to around Rs 990 crore.
