It was a tough competition between Spider Man No Way Home and better reviewed Scream which brings back the star cast Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox and David Arquette. Last week, Scream scared all the way to the top position with stellar $30.6 million easily beating the previous champion, Spider Man No Way Home. However, since there were no releases this week, the spidey flick took back its position with a solid $14.1 million, bringing the overall total to $721 million and is currently sitting at fourth place on the list of the highest-grossing domestic releases of all time after 2009’s Avatar ($760.5 million), 2019’s Avengers: Endgame ($858.4 million), and 2015’s Star Wars: Episode VII --The Force Awakens ($936.7 million)
