Punjabi films has rewrote the box office history this year with consistent success with films like Puaada, Qismat 2, Chal Mera Putt 2 and now Chal Mere Putt 3 which had opened very well in East Punjab with Rs 1.40 crore beating the previous record held by Qismat 2. This was probably the only time in Punjab film industry when both parts of the film are running at the theaters as Chal Mera Putt 2 continues to mint money at the box office. The sequel, Chal Mera Putt 3 continued to stay afloat despite the biggies from Hollywood, No Time To Die, opening on the same day, collecting a staggering Rs 7.25 crore which was good enough to beat the 1st week collection of Chal Mere Putt 2, which collected Rs 6.75 crore. However, Qismat 2 continue to be in the top position when it comes to the first week collection with Rs 10.63 crore.

As per early estimates, Chal Mera Putt 3 grew further on 2nd Sunday with collections somewhere between Rs 55-60 lakhs, bringing the overall collections to around Rs 8.70 crore.
