Jungle Cruise was supposed to debut in July 2020 but was held back due to the pandemic situation which created havoc to the entertainment business. Though the opening is the lowest for big-budgeted action flick ($200 million), still the numbers were impressive considering people are slowly coming out to watch the films in the limited capacity. Jungle Cruise also added $30 million on the OTT streaming in Disney+ channel.
