Recently, a video went viral on social media, where the employees of a skincare brand, TBH Skincare started a new trend 'Gen Z Boss and a Mini'. In the video, the employees with their boss are describing their characteristics in a funny way.
In this viral video, the people are seen saying and chanting, “Gen Z boss and a mini. Itty bitty t*tties and a bob. 5 foot 3 inches and an attitude. Secret pouch and a trench. New frank green and a sneaky link. Fake tan hands and a hoop.”
This trend was inspired by the “boots and a slicked back bun” meme that had gone viral on TikTok, originally posted by @maisieisobel_ on June 29, and shows three women dancing and chanting while describing their outfits.
But this trend has recieved a lot of backlash from the netizens, especially the millenials, who are calling this work culture unporfessional.
