Street food vendors are extremely talented since they work on a clock and have to churn out products by the minute. A recent video going viral on social media proves how difficult yet impressive a street food vendor's job is.

The viral video shows a street food vendor making cheela with his bare hands on a hot tawa. The 22-second clip was shared on YouTube by food blogger Amar Sirohi who has a channel named @foodieincarnate.

The video has been viewed over 15 lakh times due to the impressive skills of the street food vendor.

The video was shot in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad - it shows the street food vendor spreading the batter of the cheela on the hot Tawa with his bare hands. He then puts the vegetables including chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and beetroot on the cheela as the filling. Next, he tops it with loads of butter. 

He cooks the cheela and flips it with a ladle, cuts it into four parts and serves with several chutneys.
