Beyonce is called Queen B for a reason. It's no wonder Billboard crowned her the Greatest Pop Star Of The 21st Century. The singer has a musical career of over 30 years, and within those years, as an artist, she has made an everlasting impact on the music industry. 

The Lemonade singer entered as a teenager and took over the whole music industry in a whirlwind. Her impact is so massive that every time an artist wins the Artist Of The Year, they dedicate their success to her. After all, she walked the music world, breaking records and topping charts, to make way for other artists to emerge. Ring the Alarm because she is also the most decorated person in Grammy History. 

With each album the flawless singer redefined how music can be made and how women are perceived in the music industry. She has explored multiple genres but she shined the most in the R & B category. Beyonce became the first artist in history to simultaneously top 23 Billboard charts. And not just that, she is also the first black artist to surpass $ 1 Billion in tour gross. 

Whether it's singing, performance, politics or human rights, Beyonce has an influence on all of it. She endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris in the latest US Elections and advocated for reproductive rights. For years she has maintained a firm stand for black lives and Queer rights. 

Billboard has released a list of the greatest pop stars of the 21st Century. Last week, they named Rihanna the third greatest pop star. After Taylor Swift was named second, Beyonce was crowned the first spot. Billboard is a charting site that ranks music and artists based on listening rates and music sales.
