Zindaginama is an anthology of six stories that explore themes of awareness, hope, change and courage. Each story delves into the emotional journeys of different people facing mental health challenges. The series will be available to stream on Sony LIV app from October 10th, which is also World Mental Health Day.

The series looks quite promising with an ensemble cast, with talented and versatile actors like Prajakta Koli Shweta Basu Prasad, Shreyas Talpade, Anjali Patil, Sumeet Vyas, Ivanka Das, Mohammad Samad, Shivani Raghuvanshi, Sayandeep Sengupta, Tanmay Dhanania, Shruti Seth, Priya Bapat, Yashaswini Dayama, and Lilette Dubey.

The series has been beautifully written with focusing on the mental health and issues faced by all regardless of age, gender, class, caste or sexuality. The show also aims at creating an awareness among the masses about various mental issues that can affect anyone and everyone. The show has also displayed various mental issues from eating disorder to PTSD to show that not everyone has same type of issue or similar symptoms, yet what they are feeling is very real and valid.

The cinematography and the background score perfectly complements the theme of the show and adds certain level depth to the episodes, enhancing the viewers experience and making the story more impactful.

All in all, the series looks quite promising with a great initiative in mind of creating a sense of awareness about mental health and opening up doors for further discussion about the same.
