As per reports, King Charles III and Camilla flew directly from Samoa after attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting from October 21 to 26. Since the trip was private, the state government did not formally receive them at HAL airport, nor were there any official traffic restrictions as they traveled to Whitefield.

King Charles and Camilla reportedly enjoyed early morning yoga sessions and rejuvenation treatments at SIHC. They also participated in therapy and meditation sessions provided by a dedicated staff. The couple is said to have enjoyed the on-campus food and took long walks in their free time.

This is King Charles III’s first visit to Bengaluru as king, though he visited the city several times before as the Prince of Wales. His 71st birthday was also celebrated at the SIHC wellness center. After Queen Elizabeth II passed away in 2022, Charles became the new king.
