An aggressive operation by law enforcement, targeting the destruction of terrorist networks, concluded in the bombing of the residence of another suspected terrorist in Jammu and Kashmir. This move is part of a larger crackdown following the deadly Pahalgam attack that took away 26 lives.

The residence of Farooq Ahmad Tadwa, who is associated with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, was targeted in the Kalaroos area of Kupwara district in north of Kashmir. This action marks the latest in a series of demolitions of homes which belongs to terrorists or their affiliates. In the previous 48 hours alone, six such properties have been destroyed, with officials indicating that similar measures will be taken against others involved in terrorist activities.

On Saturday, raids were conducted at over 60 locations in Srinagar "to dismantle the terrorist ecosystem," as stated by a spokesperson for the Jammu & Kashmir Police. These operations aimed to confiscate weapons, documents, digital devices, & other materials for gathering evidence & intelligence to identify and prevent any conspiratorial or terrorist actions posing a threat to national security, according to the police.

"This decisive action of J&K Police aims to dismantle the terrorist ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir by identifying and taking legal action against individuals engaged in such anti-national and criminal activities," stated a police spokesman.
