Venom Movie Review: A film that's a perfect emotional roller-coaster

After much hype, Venom: The Last Dance is here in theatres and trust me, it’s a rollercoaster ride that shouldn't end.

The movie starts from the post-credit scene of Spiderman No Way Home, where we see Eddie sitting in a bar and talking to Venom. The story focuses on an element they introduced in this movie, Venom, and the man behind it is none other than the rumoured villain of Spiderman 4, Knull.

The first 30-45 minutes felt stretched and talkative, but once the action starts, you won’t be able to take your eyes off the screen. The action sequences shot with IMAX cameras are a treat to the eyes, and the experience is jaw-dropping. 

Tom Hardy is the perfect fit for Eddie’s character, and he proves it yet again. Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor, playing Dr. Payen and Strickland, respectively, provide ideal support. 

The last 30 minutes is the best part of the movie, where you will see the action of a kind. No other Venom movie has shown something in the last 30 minutes of their film, something that will make you go like, “WHAT!” 

If you are a Venom fan and have been following Marvel, you are in for a roller coaster ride. Make sure you are ready for something you won’t be expecting at all. And there are two credit scenes, so don’t get out of the theatre until the staff kicks you out. 

Also, Tom Holland has confirmed that Spiderman 4 will go on floors in 2025, so make sure you watch this one because the movie will probably connect with the 4th part of Spiderman.
