The film, set in the 90s, follows young Trump, belonging to a wealthy family in New York and driven by the need to make a name for himself. The film can precisely capture his humongous ambition and insatiable hunger for success. Each scene and every dialogue was a brutally honest depiction of Donald Trump.

This depiction of Donald Trump, played by Actor Sabastian Stan, looked more like Donald Trump than Trump himself. From the iconic ginger hair to the subtle mannerisms, everything was phenomenal. And when it comes to Jeremy Strong, Phenomenal is nothing compared to his performance. An Oscar is the only thing fans can ask for after. Not only did he embody Advocate Roy Cohn, but he also made us believe everything he said.

Apprentice 3

The film transported the audience to New York in the 90s with its aesthetics and references. Whether it be the fashion or the billboard signs, from cars to the buildings, everything was on point and made possible by Kasper Tuxen, the cinematographer of the film. All credit goes to the director, Ali Abbasi, and his vision that gave life to this film, along with his stubborn nature to not make any change even after getting warnings from Donald Trump.

Another area where the film excelled was in its music, produced by Martin Dirkov, which kept the audience pumped the entire time. The storytelling of the film couldn’t make anyone feel boredom for even a second. But, some context could have been provided into the success-hungry nature of Trump because of his family during the start instead of directly starting with him in a pub in New York.
