Start With A Good And Balanced Mean:

It's important to have a good dinner not just for the sake of nourishment but also for a sound sleep. Avoid having large meals because they will lead to weight gain, and even short meals because they can cause midnight cravings that disrupt your sleep.

Regular Exercise:

It's considered beneficial to regularly exercise because it helps to stay fit and increases metabolism, and it makes you tired, which can put you to sleep easily. However, make sure to exercise no less than two hours before sleeping.

Take A Warm Bath:

Taking a bath twice a day is always good, but a warm bath before sleeping has its own benefits. It triggers good blood circulation, which helps your body heal better during sleep, and it also relaxes your muscles, making you feel at ease and free.

Pamper Your Skin:

While maintaining skin care is necessary, there is no need for it to be a million steps long. Everyone has different skin, so their skincare routine is also different. But in general, everyone should wash their face and use a moisturiser before heading to bed.

Avoid Electronic Devices:

It is considered a good habit to not use mobile phones 30 minutes before sleeping. Our body has an internal clock that helps us fall asleep automatically, but mobile phones and television screens emit blue light that disrupts this internal clock. Using phones in the dark can strain your eyes, resulting in headaches, so avoiding them helps your eyes relax.

Read A Book Or Listen to Music:

Before going to bed, you still have that buffer time between entering your bed and falling asleep, so you can either read a calming book or listen to soothing music and since both help in calming your mind, making you fall asleep eventually.
