Toxic is set to release on Eid 2026 and will compete at the box office with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Vicky Kaushal, which releases on March 20. Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film King, featuring his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan, is also eyeing an Eid release.

It has been a while since a Shah Rukh Khan film was released on Eid, and this would mark his return to the festival after the historic success of Chennai Express.
