Alka Bhatia Hiranandani Buys Two Flats Worth Rs 72 Cr in Juhu

Alka Bhatia Hiranandani, Akshay Kumar’s sister and wife of real estate tycoon Surendra Hiranandani, has made a significant investment in Mumbai's upscale Juhu area. She recently purchased two luxury flats in the Prime Beach CHSL project on Gandhigram Road, Vile Parle West, for a total of Rs 72 crore.

 

The first flat, situated on the fifth floor, was acquired for Rs 45 crore, while the second flat, on the sixth floor, cost Rs 27 crore.

 

The flats are situated in the Prime Beach CHSL project on Gandhigram Road in Vile Parle West, near Juhu. According to the documents, the flats include 10 parking spaces.

 

The total built-up area is 5,240 sq ft, with a rate of approximately ₹1.37 lakh per sq ft, as shown in the documents.

 

Akshay Kumar also has a sea-facing duplex in the same building.

Akshay Kumar's sister, Alka Bhatia, is married to Surendra Hiranandani, a prominent businessman and the founder of Hiranandani Constructions.

In August this year, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan also rented an apartment in Mumbai for ₹4.5 lakh per month, as per property documents from Square Yards. Earlier, he had bought the property with his mother, Mala Tiwari, for ₹17.5 crore. The deal included two parking spaces and required a stamp duty of ₹1.05 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
