Bollywood actress Triptii Dimri has purchased a ground-plus-two-storey luxurious bungalow off Carter Road in the posh Bandra west area of Mumbai for ₹14 crores. The sale agreement was officially registered on June 3, 2024 and Tripti paid a stamp duty of Rs.70 lakhs and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

The total area of the bungalow includes land area of 2,226 sq ft and built-up area of 2,194 sq ft. According to the documents, the sellers of the property are Cedric Peter Fernandes and Margaret Annie Marie Fernandes.

Bandra west is a prime location because most Bollywood celebrities reside in this area, in areas like Bandstand, Carter Road and Pali Hill. The celebrities residing in this area are Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.

Two bungalow deals have been reported in Mumbai's real estate market in the last six months. In December 2023, Bollywood actor John Abraham purchased a 5,416 sq ft bungalow in Khar area of Mumbai worth ₹70.83 crore.

Triptii Dimri is known for her roles in movies like Qala, Bulbul and Laila Majnu. She gained immense popularity after starring in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor. Triptii’s upcoming movie is Dharma’s Dhadak 2.
