Sharvari made her acting debut in 2020 with Kabir Khan’s web series The Forgotten Army: Azaadi Ke Liye, alongside Sunny Kaushal. Her first film role came a year later in Bunty Aur Babli 2. However, her journey in the film industry began back in 2015, when she worked as an assistant on Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Bajirao Mastani, under Luv Ranjan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. She has also shared her experiences auditioning for major films like Thugs of Hindostan and Sui Dhaaga, though she didn’t land those roles.

Sharvari shared that she became an assistant director on a film featuring Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Deepika Padukone after auditioning for a project produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. “I was shortlisted for a film with Sanjay sir’s production house,” she said, but unfortunately, the project was eventually put on hold.

She further said, " We did a couple of workshops and then there was a bit of pause on that film because of some technical reasons. They had to figure something out and rework on the script. In that interim, I asked them if I can assist with them. At that time, Bajirao Mastani was also on floors and I requested if I can be an intern on that one. They obliged and were very happy to give me that job."

Sharvari has frequently expressed her desire to be directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali someday. When asked if she’s spoken to him recently, especially after her standout performances in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, she replied, " I haven’t had the chance to chat with him lately, but I really hope to. I’ve told everyone else I want to be his heroine, just not him!” (laughs) She added, " One day, I hope my dream comes true."
