On 30 April 2020 was saddening with the demise of legendary charming superstar Rishi Kapoor after suffering from leukaemia for two years.
Yesterday marking the actor's 71st birthday, his family and Bollywood celebrities took to social media to remember him with throwback pictures which are unmissable. From wife and actress Neetu Singh Kapoor, daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, daughter-in-law and actress Alia Bhatt to actor Sanjay Dutt and other Bollywood celebrities remembered the Mulk actor with some beautiful throwback pictures with reminiscing his famous dialogues and evergreen songs.
Neetu Kapoor shared a delightful throwback video on Instagram, featuring Rishi Ji’s famous dialogues and evergreen magical song tracks which are loved even today with the same refreshing vibes. In the caption, she wrote, “In remembrance (folded hands emoji).”

On her Instagram story Alia Bhatt shared a throwback picture from the time of her wedding rituals,i n which Ranbir Kapoor holds a frame of Dad Chintu Ji and she wrote, “always with us.. always… 🤍”
Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shared a series of lovely throwback photos on her Instagram story with her dad which were too adorable. One of the pictures showcased Rishi, Neetu, Riddhima and her daughter Samara. “Happy Birthday Papa (white heart emoji). Miss you a little more today…,” she captioned the post. Sharing another throwback snap of herself with her parents, she wrote, “Papa ki carbon copy.”

She even shared a video of her beautifully playing ‘Ek Haseena Thi, Ek Deewaa Tha’ song of Rishi Kapoor on piano and in the caption she said, “For my father❤️”

Also, Kareena Kapoor Khan remembered Chintu's uncle with a throwback picture and wrote, “Happy birthday Chintu Uncle…Always in our (red heart emoji). Miss you.” And also Armaan Jain says he miss him so much.
Actor Sanjay Dutt posted a throwback cute picture with ‘Chintu Sir’ and Ranbir, and penned an emotional note that read, “Chintu Sir was more than family, he embodied the essence of one of the finest actors and human beings. His infectious laughter, stories, and genuineness knit us together. On his birth anniversary, the void he left Is palpable, but the warmth of his memory keeps him alive in our hearts. Miss you, sir.”
Also, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan posted a black and white picture with his ‘buddy’ saying, “Chintu miss you buddy, 4th Sept Celebrate!!!”
The last film of Rishi Kapoor was Sharmaji Namkeen released last year and was shot with Paresh Rawal as the actor’s some portion of films were incomplete. While famous movies of legend were Bobby, Chandni, Henna, Saagar, Do Dooni Chaar, Agneepath, Amar Akbar Anthony, Kabhi Kabhie, Naseeb, Coolie and Ajooba, Kapoor & Sons and Mulk among many others.
