How much do Abhishek Bachchan's Apartments Cost? Know More

Recently, Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan  bought six apartments in the Borivali area in Mumbai for Rs 15.42 crores. The apartments are located in Oberoi Sky City project by Oberoi Realty. The sale agreement was finalised on May 5 and the six apartments cover a combined area of 4,894 sq ft, with a purchase price of Rs 31,498 per sq ft.

The properties are located along the Western Express Highway in Borivali East. The transaction, finalized on May 28, 2024 and includes ten car parking spaces. According to the reports, the first apartment has a carpet area of 1,101 sq ft, and was bought for Rs 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments were priced at Rs 79 lakh each with a 252 sq ft area. The fourth and fifth apartments, with carpet areas of 1,101 sq ft and 1,094 sq ft, were sold for Rs 3.52 crore and Rs 3.39 crore, respectively. The sixth apartment also costed at Rs 3.39 crore.

In August 2021, Abhishek Bachchan sold a Worli apartment for Rs 45.75 crores by the same builder, which he had purchased in 2014 for over Rs 41 crores. On the other hand, the actor’s father, Amitabh Bachchan also bought a piece of land worth Rs 10 crores in Alibaug and also rumoured to have purchased another property in Ayodhya for Rs 14.5 crores.
