Ayushmann Khurrana welcomes Ed Sheeran to India with his mother’s handmade Pinni!

It was a meeting of two bonafide artists from the UK & India! Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana, who is one of the rare actor-artistes of our country, today welcomed iconic musician Ed Sheeran to India with his mother’s handmade Pinni!

Ayushmann has been representing India and its beautiful culture globally whenever given a chance and today, in true Athithi Devo Bhava tradition, showed how Indians welcome guests to our country! Ed Sheeran is in town for his tour and was deeply appreciative of this warm gesture from Ayushmann.

Ayushmann says, “I have admired Ed Sheeran as an artiste for years now. As a fellow musician, I have always wanted to connect with him and discuss how his mind works. I  surprised him with my mother’s homemade Pinni! This is how we have always welcomed anyone at our home. Ed is in India, our country, to entertain us.
