Aamir Khan Buys Rs. 9.75 crores Worth Apartment in Mumbai: Know More

Another Bollywood star purchases a property in Mumbai. Aamir Khan buys a luxurious apartment worth Rs. 9.75 crores in Bandra’s most sophisticated area, Pali Hill.

According to reports, this property is approximately 1,027 square feet in size and is located in Pali Hill's Bella Vista Apartments. The transfer deed was signed on June 25 and paid a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.

Apart from this, Aamir Khan also owns several other properties in the Bella Vista apartments and also in Marina Apartments, both located in Pali Hill. He also has a sea-facing home in Bandra that spans 5,000 square feet across two floors. In addition to this, the actor also purchased a farmhouse worth Rs 7 crore in Panchgani in 2013. Reportedly, Aamir also has 22 houses in Shahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Aamir Khan was last seen in the film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, which failed to have success at the box office, but ‘Laapata Ladies’, produced by him was a huge success. His upcoming film 'Sitaare Zameen Par' is set to release around Christmas, 2024.
